TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Booking period: Within 21 days of arrival
- The special offer is only applicable for a new reservation, and cannot be combined with an existing reservation, confirmed on other rates/offers/packages
- The special offer cannot be combined with any other rate/offer/package
- Reservations are confirmed on a first come first serve basis
- Child Policy: Classification of an Adult: Any individual over 12 years of age is considered an adult.
- Cancellation policy – The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. No prepayment is needed.
- Modifications and Amendments: Any and all modifications/amendment requests should be advised in writing and is based on the ability of the Villa to accommodate the request(s) and is based on other applicable Terms and Conditions
- All cancellations must be advised in writing
- No Show (Failure to arrive at the property): In the case of a No Show, the company reserves the right not to refund the guest.
- Any dispute in relation to the reservation will be evaluated by the management of Royal Indigo Villa who will strive to provide an amicable solution based on the circumstance(s) and the Terms and Conditions given herewith and in reference to the Master Terms and Conditions. In case of further dispute, the final decision remains with the Management of Royal Indigo Villa.
